    We have seen that many banks and lending institution had closed or merge due to financial problems. Even for college students, it brings big effect and change. That's why, student credit cards take a big part in helping their finances especially for emergency purposes. Hope change will occur and problems will solve as Obama take a lead for it as the new President.
